Outdoor lighting and low voltage in Westchester County, NY
Tudors and stone colonials, steep lots with stone retaining walls, and the Sound a few blocks away in Rye and Larchmont. Westchester houses were built to be looked at, and the right light in the evening makes sure they are.
Towns we work in
Westchester County, street by street
Not on the list? Call anyway. If it is nearby, we are probably already working on a street like yours.

Scarsdale, Bronxville and Pelham are stone, slate and brick, often on a slope with steps up from the street. Uplights at the base of the facade and path lights on the steps do the work, and the roofline track follows the gables without a trace in daylight.
Rye and Larchmont sit close to the water, so salt air is part of the plan. We use solid brass and marine grade fixtures near the Sound, because a cheap fixture pits and fails there inside a couple of winters.
Across Westchester County the lots are tight enough that a camera over the driveway and the side gate makes sense, and small enough that one or two zones of speakers cover the backyard. Everything runs from one app on your phone.
What we do here
Four services, one crew
Everything runs on low voltage wire and lands on one app on your phone, so one visit can cover lights, cameras and speakers.
How it works
Three steps. The first one is free.
You see the plan on your own house in Westchester County before you decide anything.
Vito or Mario walks the property with you and you point at what you want done. No obligation, no charge.
You get a fixture plan and one number before anything starts. No surprises after.
We install it, set up the app on your phone and dial in your first scene with you.
Questions
Westchester County questions
Anything else, call or text and you get Vito or Mario, not an answering service.
Do you work in Westchester County?
Yes. Scarsdale, Bronxville, Rye, Larchmont, Pelham and the surrounding towns are a regular part of our route.
Do the fixtures hold up near the water?
Yes. Near the Sound we use solid brass and marine grade fixtures, which stand up to salt air far better than aluminum.
Can you do a steep lot?
Yes. Steps, retaining walls and terraced front yards are common in Westchester County and path lighting is designed for exactly that.
